Suburban Strength, City Equilibrium: Renters continue moving into suburbs like Castle Shannon, Robinson, and Ross Township, while core neighborhoods such as East Liberty and Lawrenceville remain stable.

Leasing has Slowed a Bit: Homes are sitting a bit longer with rents down $5 from the beginning of the year.

Pittsburgh Rent Averages: Pittsburgh’s average rent is now around $1,500/month as of June 2025.
